WP Performance Hosting can help with existing domain connection, DNS records, eligible included domains on selected annual hosting plans, cPanel email mailboxes, Extra Email Mailbox add-ons and manual email setup where needed.
Domain registration, DNS changes and email setup may be handled through onboarding, the client portal or a separate setup service depending on the hosting plan, domain status and level of help required.
Included Domain Offer
Eligible annual hosting plans can include a standard domain
Selected annual WordPress and WooCommerce hosting plans may include an eligible .com or .net domain while the annual hosting plan remains active.
Eligible .com or .net domains
The included domain offer is limited to eligible standard .com and .net domains so renewal costs stay predictable and easy to manage.
Annual plan requirement
The included domain applies only to eligible annual hosting plans. Monthly hosting plans do not include a free domain registration or renewal.
Not included with cPanel Hosting
cPanel Hosting annual plans do not include a free domain. cPanel customers can use an existing domain or request domain help separately.

Customers who already own a domain can use it with their WP Performance Hosting plan. The setup path depends on where the domain is registered, how DNS is currently managed and how much hands-on setup help is needed.

Basic DNS connection guidance can be provided during setup so you understand which records need to be updated for the website, SSL and email.

Use cPanel email mailboxes with your hosting plan
WP Performance Hosting uses cPanel email mailboxes with hosting plans that include email. Mailbox limits depend on the selected plan, and extra mailboxes can be added where available.

Hosting plans can include a set number of cPanel email mailboxes based on the selected plan tier and service type.
Extra Email Mailbox
Extra Email Mailboxes can be added when your hosting plan includes email but your business needs more mailbox capacity.

Yes. Domains can be registered during the hosting order process where available. Clients can also access domain registration and management through the client portal.
